  Very disappointed after my last visit. I have been going here for a couple years but this time was a failure. This place is SO SLOW even though there are only a COUPLE of people in the rooms and a COUPLE of people in the waiting room! I waited 2 HOURS in the waiting room AND 30 Minutes in the room BY MYSELF. Since it was night time, I almost thought that everyone had left and gone home. In the meantime, the staff is talking about how they are "Slammed". Really? What world are you living in? I found out they never have more than one nurse practitioner at work at one time. Once I FINALLY saw the nurse, she RUSHED me in and out within no more than a minute. I didn't even get to explain all the symptoms I was feeling which led to a severe panic attack. I really felt rushed, ignored, unimportant, and worried about my health upon leaving that night.

  I was just in there today and had a wonderful experience. I do not think the low ratings are warranted if you are an informed consumer. I walked in for spiking high blood pressure after a recent traffic accident and had little to no wait. I called in advance about the services provided and their cost. The staff is very friendly and highly competent. The treatment went smoothly and the prescription the doctor wrote took my BP from 190/110 to 130/75 in one day! Since I do not have a primary care physician, the doctor informed me how to find one and what questions to ask concerning my problem. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Much thanks to the staff.
