- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Last Saturday ( 5/6/17) I took my 14 year old Golden Retriever "Savannah" to be groomed. The grooming usually takes 3 hours. After an hour, I received a call saying Ricardo could not complete the grooming because my baby girl could not stand. When I went to get her, she was on the floor, panting, tongue hanging out, and had lost control of her bowels. Ricardo and his staff were EXCELLENT.... I knew I needed to put her down immediately. The staff gently placed Savannah in my car. My normal vet was not around so Ricardo's staff member called the vet where Ricardo's wife works...They said to bring her right over..... I cannot say enough about this Place...They are wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart..... Savannah passed peacefully... You always took great care of herNovember 22, 2017by Robert Pollock
