- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I love Melissa as my PA however the staff working there is just awful. This is second year in a row where I've had a billing error and they are unwilling to help. I have had to call insurance company who told me it was due to a coding error. When I call office they tell me I need to get the invoice from quest myself. Again second year in a row. When I asked how much a follow up procedure was going to be they had no clue, and couldn't give me an idea or estimate. The follow up procedure ended up costing me a bit over 500 after insurance which really has put a dent in my account. I will be looking for a new doctor due to lack of professionalism and help from the staff.August 23, 2017by Kendal Hamblin
