- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Title came to a Sale with no checks. Title company held over $110K and said, we will let you know when we can issue checks. At best, title company should of done two closings to allow for the down time needed to issue checks, however no mention of such and shows thier attention to detail. After six calls and physically having to drive for over an hour to thier office, we sat waiting for them to issue a check.
