- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Inept and unprofessional to say the least. My realtor referred me to them..of course I asked around and got other referalls for homeowners insurance. They were trying to way over insure me and no good deal for me. I found a better deal ha ha with better coverage for half the price with a very reputable agency. That's not even the bad part. I never ever purchased insurance with them, never recieved much less signed a shred of paper, but now for the second time they have notified my lender that my coverage is cancelled to due lack of payment which the lender is supposed to pay because it's in escrow they are not my insurance company. Mass confusion. I don't even understand why I am in their system when I was never a customer to start with. Have had to spend an hour of my time today already on the phone to straighten it out with my lender. And will have to do so more tomorrow with my actual insurance company because it's after 5 pm.
